Born from the depths of transformation, Rich In Spiritual Energy was created as a sanctuary for those ready to rise beyond limitation and rediscover their divine alignment of mind, body, and spirit.
Our founder’s journey began in a season of shadows — a year wrapped in a mental fog not her own. The weight of disconnection showed up in every form: on the body, in the spirit, and in the silence of isolation. Yet, within that stillness stirred a spark — a quiet knowing that healing was possible.
With courage as her compass, she chose to fight for her being, to unearth the self buried beneath exhaustion and shame, and to breathe life back into her purpose.
That sacred return to self became the heartbeat of Rich In Spiritual Energy — a reminder that healing is not a destination, but a devotion. Through one-on-one coaching centered on mental empowerment, physical wellness, and spiritual peace, we guide others through their own journey of renewal.
